一、前言
有鉴于宝可梦集换式卡牌游戏发售中文版,但是在翻译上多有疑义;且赛制、规则、判例均未表现出官方释疑应有的态度,故谨以当前仍在更新且最完整的国际版规则概要为基底,择要针对中文版卡池进行翻译与逻辑解释。一方面希望借此完整复习宝可梦集换式卡牌游戏近代的机制与运作,二方面祈求可以为当前混乱的中文版环境树立足以一锤定音的规则参考。
鉴于中文版世代是由日月开始,但本规则概要原版含括黑白、XY、日月与剑盾等世代,本人将择要以中文版可能适用的条目,进行中文翻译。碍于部份名词个人有习惯性用法,本规则概要之翻译将不会完全按照中文版所使用辞汇进行编写。同时,也无法定期更新。

Q. If I usePokemon Communication to put a Pokemon into my deck, am I allowed tovoluntarily fail and choose to take no Pokemon out of my deck?

宝可梦通信
Q:如果玩家使用宝可梦通信将一张宝可梦卡片放回牌库,请问该玩家是否有权利选择失败其效果,而不将宝可梦卡片拿出牌库?
A:牌库内容非公开信息,因此就算该玩家刚刚才把一张宝可梦放回牌库,也有权利失败其效果。
四、赛制规则
An attack has to do “some” damage before an effect can add “more” damage to it. (Jan 31, 2008 PUI Rules Team)
只有「能造成一些基础伤害」的宝可梦招式,可以被追加伤害数值。
逻辑:通常,宝可梦招式可以造成伤害、造成效果,或是两者都有。但是只有可以造成伤害的招式,才能够利用其他卡片的效果,增加该招式造成的伤害数值。例如,直接放置伤害指示物的招式,并不是造成伤害的招式,而是由于招式效果进而直接摆放伤害指示物,因此并不能利用如「库库伊博士」、「讲究头巾」、「电气力量」等卡片追加伤害的数值。同理,如果某些卡片的效果是造成伤害的数值被减少,如「以太乐园保护区」,那么也必须是该招式能够造成基础伤害,才可以被减免。
应注目实例:「卡璞‧鸣鸣」的旋转飞行,虽然乍看之下没有写明基础伤害,但是其实在规则上是造成伤害的招式。
Placing damage counters is not the same as doing damage. Things that add to or subtract from damage done do not affect placing counters. (Jan 31, 2008 PUI Rules Team)
「放置伤害指示物」的动作与「造成伤害」是不同的。增加或减少伤害的效果,并不会对「放置伤害指示物」此一动作造成影响。
You cannot have more than 6 Pokemon in play, including Active and Benched Pokemon, unless the card specifically allows for it (e.g. Sky Field). (Jan 31, 2008 PUI Rules Team; Jul 26, 2018 TPCi Rules Team)
除非有其他卡片的效果的特许,包含战斗宝可梦与后备宝可梦,一位玩家总共不得放置大于6只宝可梦在场上。
If a Retreat Cost is set to zero by an effect, it cannot be increased. Note this is different than a Retreat Cost that was reduced to zero by subtraction. (Jan 31, 2008 PUI Rules Team)
如果撤退费用「被设置」为零,那么它就不可以被增加。这与撤退费用「被减少」至零不同。
应注目实例:「杰拉奥拉GX」的特性「迅雷领域」便是将贴附有[电]能量的宝可梦撤退费用设置为零。因此无论以其他何种方式增加其撤退费用,受其特性影响的宝可梦撤退费用仍然是零。
类似逻辑:拥有特性「猫之集会」的猫老大在场上时,自己场上持有「猫日和」招式的宝可梦,使用招式所需的能量全部消除。这就是招式所需能量「被设置」为零。因此「奇迹迷宫◇」并无法对此再增加一个[无]。
You cannot play a card if it is public knowledge that it will have no game effect. Paying a cost does not satisfy the requirement that the card has a game effect. (Jan 31, 2008 PUI Rules Team; Mar 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)
玩家无法打出「在公众知识上,无法对游戏造成作用的」的卡片。支付卡片打出所需的代价,并不满足「可以对游戏造成作用」。
应注目实例:在场上只有一张◇竞技场卡的状况下,使用「场地吹风机」,虽然移除该竞技场卡的效果无法影响该竞技场卡,但仍然属于合法操作。
应注目实例:在对手战斗宝可梦为持有特性「暴雪之幕」的「急冻鸟」的情形下,对其后备宝可梦使用支持者「古兹马」,虽然交换宝可梦的效果无法影响该后备宝可梦,但仍然属于合法操作。
Mandatory game actions cannot be forgotten or missed; they must be done. Examples: Drawing a Prize card, checking for Asleep, etc. (Jan 31, 2008 PUI Rules Team)
强制性的游戏动作皆必须被确切运行,不可以被遗忘或错过。例如:抽取奖励卡、检测睡眠之判定等等。
A player must always have an Active Pokemon. There is no time in which they don’t, not even after a KO. Replacement must be done immediately. (Apr 17, 2008 PUI Rules Team)
任何一位玩家都必须要有一只战斗宝可梦。并不存在任何没有战斗宝可梦的游戏时机,就算是被击倒了也一样。战斗宝可梦的重新出场,必须被即时运行。
Benching a Pokemon removes all Special Conditions on that Pokemon including Poisoned and Burned, and all Attack effects on that Pokemon that do not place a Marker (such as Imprison). (Apr 17, 2008 PUI Rules Team)
将一只宝可梦从战斗场上移至后备区,会移除其身上所有的异常状态(中毒、烧伤、混乱、麻痹、睡眠),以及所有不会放置指示物的招式附加效果。
An attack that copies another Pokemon’s attack can only copy attacks printed on that Pokemon, not other attacks that the Pokemon may use due to Poke-POWERs, Poke-BODYs, Stadiums, etc. (with the exception of Lv.X Pokemon since they are considered “extensions” of the original Pokemon). 「复制其他宝可梦招式」的招式,仅能复制「印在卡片上的招式」,不能复制由于其他效果而得以使用的招式。
Prior to the “Black & White” series, when a Pokemon refers to itself by name, interpret that card as though the text reads “this Pokemon”. This has the practical effect of not including other Pokemon of the same name; if a Pokemon copies that text, it refers to itself, not the original Pokemon. Beginning with “Black & White”, when a Pokemon refers to itself by name, this extends to other Pokemon of the same name; if a Pokemon copies that text, it refers to other Pokemon of the same name. Also, when a Pokemon refers to “this Pokemon”, this has the practical effect of not including other Pokemon of the same name; if a Pokemon copies that text it refers to itself, not the original Pokemon. 在黑白世代以后,以「宝可梦名称」指代的卡牌,包括所有相同名称的卡片。以「这只宝可梦」指代的卡牌,则专指该张卡片本身,不含括其他具有相同名称的卡片。
The game has no knowledge of the contents of your deck. For example, if you search your deck for something and fail, you can still use other cards or effects to search for the exact same thing. (Apr 17, 2008 PUI Rules Team)

The contents of your deck are technically unknown. If an effect calls on you to search your deck for a specific card or category of card, you may choose not to find a card, even if it is present in the deck. (Worlds 2006 PCL Announcement; May 8, 2008 PUI Rules Team)
牌库的信息是不公开的。任何指导玩家去检索特定卡片或特定种类卡片的效果,就算该卡存在在牌库中,仍然可以由该玩家选择不去将它找出来。
Effects on the attacking Pokemon are applied before weakness and resistance. Effects on the defending Pokemon are applied after weakness and resistance. (Jan 15, 2009 PUI Rules Team)
攻击方的效果会优先于弱点与抵抗力而被计算。防守方的效果会落后于弱点与抵抗力而被计算。
Effects of Poke-Powers and Poke-Bodies do not end when a Pokemon is moved from Active to Bench and vice-versa. (Feb 26, 2009 PUI Rules Team)
宝可梦特性所带来的效果,并不会因为该宝可梦移动于前后场而中断。
Whether a card’s effect is optional or not is determined from the card text. If there is no explicit indication that you have a choice, then you don’t have one and the effect is mandatory. (Sep 29, 2011 PUI Rules Team)
卡片的效果是否可以选择,取决于卡片的文本。如果没有明确的指示表明您可以选择,那么您就没有选择,并且效果是强制性的。
Attacks and Abilities on a Pokémon that refers to itself now use the phrase “This Pokémon” instead of the name of that Pokémon. This should clear up confusion during any situation where Abilities can be copied. (Dec 1, 2011 TPCi Rules Team)

Effects that prevent you from healing or from removing damage counters do not affect moving those damage counters between Pokémon. (Dec 1, 2011 TPCi Rules Team)

玩家将任何卡片从「任何人均得查看」的区域(如弃牌区)移动到「非任何人得查看」的区域(如手牌)时,必须将该张卡片公开给所有玩家查看。

「附加效果」这个辞汇,并不包含「改变弱点」或「改变抵抗力」的效果。
应注目实例:「莱希拉姆&喷火龙GX」的GX招式若额外附有3个[火],则这个招式的伤害不计算对手战斗宝可梦身上的附加效果。但由于「改变弱点」的效果非「附加效果」,因此「弱点保险」、「钢铁平底锅」消除弱点的效果仍然要被计算。因此,6能喷TT打贴有平底锅的钢PM,只能打300而不是600。
